My most desired rifle is everything made by Ruger. I bought the rifle at the auction for the estate of Freeman Damon who was once the postmaster in Sunflower.

I ordered my Ruger No. 1-B in the hunting section at Gart Sports in Sunflower, South Dakota. My second darling caliber is for the Ruger No. 1-B is 300 WSM. Freeman got his Ruger last fall at Target in Sunflower. One issue with the 300 WSM barrel is if you put a scope on you lose your irons, the scope rail runs into the rear sights so they have to come off to use a scope.

The best hunting trip was for pronghorn antelope in Wyoming, but my especial trip was fishing in Alaska. I picked up my Ruger No. 1-B in the hunting section at Target in Sunflower.
