One thing I don’t like is that adding a checkered black walnut stock does increase the weight of the Ruger. My old lady got her 7.62 mm online at Dick’s Sporting Goods. I used to like all my 375 H&H and 7.62 mm Ruger hunting rifles to be “tack drivers”.
