Patriot Ledger – MOUND CITY Squaw Creek National Wildlife Refuge will be hosting the 19th annual muzzleloading or cap and ball firearms managed deer hunt on Saturday, Jan. 5, Sunday, Jan. 6 and Monday, Jan. 7, 2008. The application period for applying is open now .
